Your Professional Profile
You are a well-educated, versatile, consulting-oriented sales professional with an impressive track record in a technically related service/product. You have had experience in speaking and relating to industrial, commercial or construction/property management clients. Your sales achievements with large corporate clients speak to your sales savvy and your "hunting" nature. You are equally comfortable in a hard hat and construction boots as you are in a suit. As a sophisticated individual, you have closed deals with the top brass in an organization. You are aggressive, competitive and comfortable using a CRM system such as
Your Focus in this Role
- Developing detailed and innovative sales plans, objectives and time lines to achieve revenue targets within assigned territories and industry segments
- Translating and addressing clients’ logistical business challenges into workable and efficient solutions
- Preparing and presenting proposals and RFPs to clients and prospects
- Working with company operations to ensure top customer service for the client
Compensation
We offer the right candidate a highly competitive compensation package, comprised of base salary, commission, group benefits, as well as a phone & vehicle allowance. We offer a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to join a diverse team of highly-skilled and successful professionals. This opportunity will be of interest to persons currently in the $80-100K earning range.
Successful candidate will require use of their own vehicle.
