Our monitoring center has over 50 highly-trained monitoring professionals. Our operators professionally monitor your site daily the hours applicable to your business (e.g. evenings and weekends), while record video 24/7. If an event such as a theft or accident happen during hours when UCIT is not monitoring, our team of video analysts will search our video archives to get the bottom of the situation. UCIT’s monitoring professionals are constantly supervised by our center supervisors and even have cameras watching them to ensure protocol is always enforced.
Our monitoring center utilizes our own proprietary video management software, with algorithms designed to detect site intruders and proactively stop crimes.
